There are two types of pneumatic actuators: single-acting and double-acting actuators. Single-acting pneumatic actuators and double-acting pneumatic actuators can be converted into each other according to actual needs, and the operation is simple. We equip each single-acting actuator with 12 springs.
The material of the Rack and Pinion Pneumatic Actuator is an extruded aluminum alloy cylinder body, which is treated with hard oxidation, and has a hard surface texture and strong wear resistance.
The dual-piston rack and pinion design is compact, with symmetrical mounting positions, high cycle life and fast operation. Reversing can be accomplished with a simple inverting piston. The output torque is also relatively stable.
The cylinder block, end cover, output shaft, spring, fasteners, etc. of the pneumatic actuator are all treated with anti-corrosion. The fasteners of the actuator are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
*Operating media:
Dry or lubricated air or inert/non-corrosive gasses provided they are compatible with internal actuator parts and lubricant. The operating me-dia must have a dew point equal to-20℃(14°F)or at least 10℃ below the ambient temperature. The maximum particle size must not exceed 30L m.
*Supply pressure:
The maximum working pressure of the pneumatic actuator is 8bar(116 PSI). Generally for Double Acting Spring Return actuator the supply pressure is :from 2.5bar(36 PSl)minimum to 8 bar(116PSI) maximum.
